Fit and Fresh Chiller Bowls

I always keep bowls of fresh-cut vegetables within reach for easy snacking–fiber-rich veggies fill me up without a lot of calories and have a satisfying crunch. And sometimes it’s nice to accompany cut vegetables with a healthy dip made from low-fat sour cream or yogurt (I use Greek yogurt for extra protein!). But when you leave bowls of veggies out for a little while, they lose their crispness–and who wants to snack on limp veggies or room-temperature dip?
I’ve found a great way to keep vegetables crisp and dip chilled for hours–Fit & Fresh Chiller Bowls. These colorful serving bowls are attractive enough to put out for company, and they ingeniously keep food cold using an insulated lining. Just pop these bowls in the freezer for a few hours before using them, and they will keep your food cold for several hours.
And when you’re done snacking? Just snap on the lids to keep your leftovers fresh in the fridge. No need to transfer to storage containers and do extra dishes.
This is a great way to make healthy snacking a breeze! The bowls come in a set of 3 different sizes: 3, 6.5 and 10 cups. To use, simply place bowl in the freezer for at least two hours. The proprietary ice gel blend, held inside the bowl’s double-walled construction, will freeze and keep your food surrounded by icy coolness. No more warm salads, dips or other party foods.
